Plasmaterials, Inc. offers a broad range of high purity noble, precious, and platinum group materials for all Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) applications. These include vacuum cast elemental metallic materials or custom alloy compositions manufactured to customer supplied specifications. Precious metal target materials and compositions can be supplied for all conventional cathode designs as well as for most custom applications, including enhanced target configurations to increase target life and utilization.

These precious metal materials are available for use as sputtering targets, evaporation materials, cathodic arc, laser ablation, atomic layer deposition and plasma sprayed sources. We also provide precious metal recycling reclamation, evaporation material reclamation & sputtering target reclamation.

Special alloys can be produced to meet specific customer specifications including geometrical design, purity level, stoichiometry and mechanical/metallurgical requirements. Please do not hesitate to request a quotation.

In addition to supplying precious metal materials as PVD products, Plasmaterials, Inc. also offers a comprehensive reclamation program for most spent or used target materials containing precious metals. The reclaimed value of the precious metal materials may be put into a Precious Metal Pool Account, applied toward future materials or refunded directly based on current market values.
